Special Containment Procedures: Any reports of SCP-XXXX are to be investigated by the relevant Foundation. Any individuals affected by causal gaps created due to SCP-XXXX are to be amnesticized as soon as possible, and all traces of SCP-XXXX victims are to be erased from any records in which they are present. At no point are SCP-XXXX victims to be referred to by whatever name they may have previously possessed in any form.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a phenomenon affecting any versions of Alison Chao that are within their native timeline. Traveling outside their native timeline does not preclude SCP-XXXX from happening to versions of Alison Chao, rather the version must simply be in their native timeline. Initial effects of SCP-XXXX consist of victims suffering from mild amnesia, mainly forgetting personal details. If the victim is removed from their native timeline before they forget their name, all lost memories are restored and no further effects follow.
If the victim remains in their native timeline, or is not removed before they forget their name, then the primary effect of SCP-XXXX commences. A random amount of time after the victim forgets their own name, the victim will proceed to spontaneously disintegrate while simultaneously exuding high levels of temporal radiation, leaving no traces behind. This disintegration is antimemetic to viewers, however it is still able to be viewed by recordings.
7 hours following this event, all traces of the victim of SCP-XXXX will slowly be removed from the memories of all individuals that knew the victim. Physical and digital records will also begin to suffer from this effect, albeit at a much slower rate. Any use or mention of the victim's former name following their disintegration will cause a low-level temporal paradox, with sustained usage causing the individual or information associated with the usage to disintegrate, similar to the primary effect of SCP-XXXX.
Any efforts to travel backwards in time to recover victims of SCP-XXXX before their disintegration are always unsuccessful. How this is possible is unclear.

General Idea: This is where Crosscut and Jason make a deal
Site security was almost asleep when a shadow flitted across the door.
The guard at the entrance didn't notice. If there had been any concern about an attack, the front gate would have called in. If somebody had snuck in through a window, the automated systems would have handled it. If it was just a late night researcher, trying to run in to leave a note for tomorrow, they wouldn't be a threat.
So the guard didn't notice when the footsteps echoed down the director hall. He didn't notice when they went through the closet that wasn't one, or when the automated systems in that wing went down. He just slowly nodded off, wholly unaware of the new person in the building. One of the patrolling guards would radio in a few minutes later, asking what happened to shut off the cameras. The reply was just a quiet snore. Even after one woke the other up, and they began frantically looking through all the cameras and records on the site, they couldn't find anything wrong. Neither of them noticed the light indicating the O5 office had been accessed.
Neither of them knew that O5-8's newest lieutenant was somewhere she shouldn't be.
The lights were off in the office of O5-13, but that didn't stop her in the slightest. From the very first mention, something had seemed off about him. The old lieutenant had told her to keep an eye on Thirteen, which in and of itself was concernging. The first meeting with him had only made it stranger. Somebody that young, with so much grey hair and twitching? All the other members were older and far healthier. There was something bizarre going on around him, and she wanted to know what.
Another swipe of the executive keycard got her through the decoy office and into the real thing. Nobody knew she was there, or even that the office existed at all. Most of the O5s tried to stay fairly hidden, but Thirteen was a whole step up. There had been rumors of a secret project, locked away from all O5s save One. Thirteen's odd behavior hadn't helped, and neither had the cryptic wording about him left by her predecessor. The tiny gaps in the budget report had just been icing on the cake.
Something was wrong about Thirteen, and Alison Chao Crosscut was going to find out what.
The lights were still off in the actual office, but her objective was right next to the doorway. File cabinets were one thing that hadn't yet been replaced by better technology in the Foundation, somehow, and Eight was grateful for that as she twisted the lockpick into the top drawer. A resounding click echoed into the dark room, and she glanced around to see if anybody had noticed. Hoping she was still hidden, she cautiously pulled the drawer open and began rifling through the files, carefully lifting up the only file she saw without a label on it.
“What’s a Throne?” “Not what you think it might be.”
The lights went on as Alison tried to run out the door, only for it to slide shut in her face. She spun around to face the other side of the room, seeing a lean, tired looking young man with bloodshot eyes and hair streaked with gray sitting behind a desk.
“Hello there Alison,” Thirteen said.
"Thirteen, open the door, and we can both walk out and pretend I was never here. I'll just put the file back and forget about it. I didn't even see what was inside it-" "Yes you did." Thirteen stood up and took the file out of Alison's hand, laying it on the desk with a series of twitchy motions. "Members of the council spying on other members and senior staff is not uncommon, but a lieutenant has never entered the office of another member themselves before. Especially a lieutenant who's spying for the Black Queens." Thirteen stopped talking to open the file to a specific page near the end, containing a rough sketch of a large device.
"Was it the rumors from staff or the budget report that you found suspicious?”
“Both, along with who weird you were acting at the last meeting. Look, can we just both forget about this? I’ll get Eight to vote with you on literally everything if you let me walk out of here and never bring it up again.”
Thirteen tilted his head, staring at Alison blankly before violently shaking his head and pushing the file towards her. “Your suspicious were correct. I am involved in a sort of side project, disconnected from the rest of the council save for One. And I require your assistance to be successful." He pointed at the sketch. "Do you think that given the Foundation's current technological capabilities and connections, it would be p-possible to construct this device?"
Alison leaned into to examine the sketch as Thirteen remove a pill bottle from his pocket, poured out several grayish pills, and shoved them all into his mouth. He began shaking violently, grabbing on to the filing cabinet as his legs began threatening to give out from beneath him. Alison was too focused on the sketch to notice, as the design was something she thought she'd seen before.
"I've seen some of my sisters use something sort of like this to access new timelines, but it doesn't really look like it could be used for that. Why do we even need another thing that could access other realities and timelines?" She turned to face Thirteen, still shaking and holding on to the cabinet albeit less so than before. He smacked his head with the base of his hand and stood up, his eyes taking a moment to focus on Alison.
"I want to know if you agree with me. Do you think that it would be possible to construct this device, using the resources the Foundation currently has at its disposal?"
Alison shook her head. "I don't think so. Building one of these things strains my sisters a huge amount, and they have easier access to these components than us. And if I'm reading this right, you'd need several godly bits and bobs to properly build this thing. Thirteen, what are you trying to do?"
A twitching hand closed the file. "I am attempting to establish a link to something that, if I am successful, would make humanity as a whole, not just the Foundation, safer. I have been attempting to operate this in secrecy to avoid the eyes of the rest of the council, but as you have just stated this operation will require things that the Foundation simply does not have and can-cannot acquire. This is not something that I can accomplish alone, and-"
"Do you know how fishy this is sounding?"
"Do you recall what your predecessor said?"
"Well, yeah, but I'd rather use my own judgment in this."
Thirteen leaned over and pressed a button on the desk, causing a panel on the wall to slide downwards with a quiet hiss. Behind it was a mass of papers taped to the sides of the compartment, ranging from Foundation papers of anomalous religions to old scrolls of said religions to artifacts that looked like they were stolen straight from the hand of the Karcist Ion themselves.
"Why do you have these?" A sudden burst of concern washed over Alison. "Are any of them dangerous?"
"Not dangerous, but useful." Thirteen pulled a paper near the back corner out of the darkness, showing a sketch of chunks of earth and rock floating in a dark space.
