History Repeats Itself But It Always Gets The Details Wrong
SCP-4000 were events that occurred on the 15th day of each month, which metamorphosised the city of Hong Kong into an emulation of a random location and time period.

 ► Commentary

The reason why Hong Kong is constantly transforming into old-timey or other sorts of wacky shit. Nothing else, other than being a rip-off of SCP-3722.

Written since there are not many skips written about Hong Kong.

How Not to Run A Shady Anomalous Campaign
A raid conducted on Electronic Arts Incorporated's main headquarters and PopCap's Seattle office on 06/██/2018 recovered several archived files mentioning projects of creating an extra-dimensional space, utilising it to build a Plants vs. Zombies-themed amusement park.

 ► Commentary

The discs were created for the Plants vs. Zombies series. George Fan, Rich Werner and Laura Shigihara laid out very meticulous plans for the future of the game they created, which is still being followed faithfully today by the employees at Electronic Arts and PopCap, no matter the cost (except for the failed Plants vs. Zombies theme park).

The discs were supposed to be a collection of Plants vs. Zombies games that could be played on a variety of different consoles without the need to buy different discs, and could also host a streaming service where people around the world could watch cancelled of the Plants vs. Zombies show. Somewhere along the line however, the project was abandoned after the Plants vs. Zombies theme park went out of control. The discs were never finished, leading to the incredibly weird property where episodes of the show only appear if each disc is inserted into a device that has very strict requirements. If they don't meet, then it just plays a random Plants vs. Zombies game.

The theme park is actually Neighborville, the original setting of the entire Plants vs. Zombies canon. No joke. The comics, the garden warfare spin-off, that digital-card game thingy, the old Facebook game, all of it - are canonical, and it all happened in this one tiny location. More continued into the sequel, where Super Brainz and the gang from Plants vs. Zombies Heroes goes around killing Zapatista's Socialist, because of Capitalism. Or something like that.

According to the interview files, Daniel Greene was transferred from Khe Sanh to a South Vietnamese hospital after filing multiple reports of a "Viet Cong flesh cult".
