Description: SCP-XXXX was first uncovered in the cupboards of 12 [REDACTED] Road, after reports of 'ghosts' and 'clones' came in from around the area. It appeared that the tenant was using the pasta as a free source of labour for household work. SCP-XXXX-1 appears to be normal fusilli pasta, recovered in a brightly-coloured package labeled, simply, 'Fission Fusilli', with no other discernible markings. SCP-XXXX-1 displays no anomalous properties apart from the production of SCP-XXXX-2, unless consumed by a non-human subject.. To produce SCP-XXXX-2, a specimen of SCP-XXXX-1 must be completely submerged in 100° Celsius water for at least a minute. Once it is completely removed from the water, the first anomalous property manifests itself, that being that it immediately produces by what appears to be a form of mitosis a specimen of SCP-XXXX-1. From here, SCP-XXXX-2 displays no anomalous properties until it is consumed by a human, at which point they undergo a seemingly painless division into two perfect clones of each other. Due to this property, it has been proposed as a renewable source of D-class personnel. Investigation is still ongoing into possible negative side effects of consumption of SCP-XXXX.
