Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: A sample of SCP-XXXX is stored in a low-security locker in Site-19. Standard disinformation protocols are in place to suppress public knowledge of its anomalous effect.

Halting the production of SCP-XXXX is considered a Class-IV (Low) priority. Production of SCP-XXXX has been reinstated. See Addendum XXXX-2.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a sensitizing cream, comprising a mixture of petroleum jelly and menthol. When applied to the skin, it causes a mild tingling sensation and enhances sensitivity to touch; this effect wears off after 2 to 3 hours. The product is marketed under the brand "Itty Titty" as a sexual aid.

Unlike similar products, SCP-XXXX's effect is cumulative. Each successive application increases the sensitivity of the area by an order of magnitude. Testing on human subjects has confirmed that 8 consecutive applications enable the sensing of individual bacteria (~ 1 μm). Further tests are pending budgetary approval.

Addendum XXXX-1: Production of SCP-XXXX was traced to a single factory in Seattle, Washington. On 2008-11-07, MTF Pi-1 ("City Slickers") was dispatched to take control of the site. Personnel in the building surrendered without incident and were taken into Foundation custody. The production line was closed by the next day.
