PISS WORLD: RE-EMICTED (TRUE THEME)
Geoffrey the Gumball Machine destroys the GOC
The Center confronts a new opponent.
GoI Activity Classes (based on SCP-7000):
Level 6 (HET) [lit: "hot"]
Level 5 (VARMT) [lit: "warm"]
Level 4 (LUNKEN) [lit: "lukewarm"]
Level 3 (KJØLIG) [lit: "cool"]
Level 2 (KULDE) [lit: "cold"]
Level 1 (FROSSET) [lit: "frozen"]
Definitions:
1/FROSSET — Basically inactive. Used in cases where a GoI has been dissolved but is likely to re-form in the future, and is thus not considered neutralized yet.
2/KULDE — Produces anomalies/causes incidents at infrequent and far-spanning periods, at only a few specific locations. Aforementioned anomalies/incidents are very minor and usually not classed with SCP designations except in a single case.
3/KJØLIG — Produces anomalies/causes incidents every one-to-five years, at one or more countries. Standard level for most International wiki GoIs; usually surveilled only by a Foundation branch/regional facilities rather than the main -EN Foundation/the Foundation-at-large. Only have a few anomalies under SCP designations.
4/LUNKEN — Produces anomalies/incidents each few months at least, in a good number of countries. Standard level for most -EN wiki GoIs; considered as concerning threats to the global Veil of Secrecy at this point. Have a large enough number of related SCP objects to require a SCiPNET database tag made for it.
5/VARMT — Produces anomalies/incidents every week at least, either in a single or more continents, in many cases with the Foundation as a target. Highly likely to be classified as an enemy GoI, with the Foundation actively working to dismantle it through Task Force operations. Has so many anomalies under an SCP designation that it needs a specific facility to store them all, as well as to research the GoI itself.
6/HET — Constantly damaging the Veil every day, globally. The Foundation, together with many different normalcy organizations, will have essentially declared war on this group. Some related anomalies may even have to be intentionally decommisioned due to a lack of containment space and/or resources.

"Rubella"2; see "Organization" for more details.

Activity Class: 6/HET
Threat Level: Black ●
Overview: The Children of the Scarlet King are a series of independent churches, organizations, or movements associated with the entity known as "the Scarlet King". While their exact doctrine varies between organizations, said doctrine often includes a series of key themes, documented in detail in the "Beliefs" section of this report.
The origins of the Children are difficult to trace; while worship of the Scarlet King has been recorded as far back as the 50000s BCE, the composite elements of modern sects first appeared in the early days of the Daevite Empire, circa 12000 BCE, as a state religion. Additionally, although certain sects can be traced back to this order, many developed independent of it, even in civilizations with no known contact with the Daevites. Many such traditions appear to have initially begun without any reference to the King.
The Foundation's prevailing theory is that individual sects begin when an individual or subculture makes contact with the Scarlet King. Under the right conditions, the Scarlet King will exert a psychic influence upon its point of contact, implanting a memetic philosophical framework that may coalesce into a sect of the Children. If this is true, it suggests that as long as the Scarlet King is active, the Children cannot be neutralized.
Policy of Engagement: It is the opinion of Drs. Lydia Homme and Robert Montauk that there is nothing to be gained from diplomacy. With few exceptions, all individuals associated with the Children are to be killed on sight.

Threat Level: Orange ●
Description: The Three Moons Initiative is an extradimensional human organization based in SCP-2922-C, an afterlife also known as Corbenic.
The Initiative was founded approximately 14,000 years ago for the purpose of establishing organized human colonization in an afterlife. Through the Initiative, the sins of the deceased are put through a rigorous judging process, and punished and rewarded by a two-thirds majority vote of the Perdition Committee.
Through the Humanity Defense Corps, their military branch, they act as a multi-dimensional security force for the protection of the human race. As such, they monitor Earth7 and carry out covert military intervention for its defense, often regardless of nuance or long-term consequences.
Organic matter is incapable of leaving Corbenic. As such, the majority of objects associated with the Three Moons Initiative are drones and other machines remote-controlled from Corbenic. These objects gain access to our world through a dimensional aperture on the dark side of the Moon.
While Initiative personnel believe that they're operating in humankind's best interests, military overreach, poor communication, issues with internal bureaucracy, and other factors — combined with their disproportionately high military strength to our own — have made them a potential liability to public safety in our dimension.
Policy of Engagement: An uneasy peace is kept between the Three Moons Initiative and the SCP Foundation via the Treaty of Cagnazzo. Breach of the treaty is to be treated as a potential XK-class end-of-the-world scenario.
