UIU File 2003-088: The Businessman
Summary: On November 19th, 2003 a man in a black striped suit appeared in a bank for a scheduled meeting for his business, "Shack's Lumber". He then proceeded to use several anomalous abilities to rob more more than thirteen million dollars from the vault of Bank of America. Witness reported a variety of strange things occurring, such as guns being flung from the hands' of officers and bullets stopping midair.
Various similar incidents have occurred since the original, including the robbing of jewelry stores , small casinos, and other large profile shops and businesses. Each incident has a few things in common, such as the man always wearing a suit and the use of telekinetic abilities. Several attempts have already been made to capture The Businessman, but he remains at large.

Engagement History
November 19, 2003: Special Agent Ronn Sheppard arrives on scene after a bank heist in San Francisco, CA. He interviews witnesses and workers, opening a case file.
November 26, 2003: Special Agent Ronn Sheppard responds to robbery call at Shawn's Jewelry, Fresno, CA. Continues working on case file.
December 7, 2003: Special Agent Ronn Sheppard and Alan Garcia set up a trap with assistance from UIU Tactical-2 in Cupertino, CA. First combat engagement, one fatality.
January 11, 2004: The Businessman robs a small casino in Nevada.
January 12, 2004: UIU Recon-3 follows report on Jan. 19 heist and manages to track The Businessman, then engages in combat.
