Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be kept in large strengthed-glass box with holes for air circulation and feeding, as well as a lockable hatch on the top to remove SCP-XXXX from its container for testing. Most of the container should be filed with water. SCP-XXXX should always be supervised and under guard.
SCP-XXXX is animate and can be fatally hostile. In an emergency containment failure, sufficient amounts of standard ordnance should render SCP-XXXX "dead" for all intents and purposes.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears as an average lobster, weighing 580 grams and 40 centimeters long. When panicked or provoked, SCP-XXXX has the ability exert more force than its muscles should allow for their size. During this state (which can last up to an hour) SCP-XXXX will proceed to thrust itself upward in massive jumps in speeds of up to 18 kph, and will sometimes land on the heads of personnel and strike them. Three fatalities have occurred from this, all with broken skulls and/or slit eyes. SCP-XXXX does not require water to function during these episodes.
During the end of an episode, SCP-XXXX will instantly stop its erratic behavior and return to normal, losing all of its anomalous abilities.
To keep SCP-XXXX healthy, it should be fed phytoplankton three times a day, and common fish at least once a day. SCP-XXXX's tank should also be cleaned on a weekly basis.
